What devices does TetraPuzzle work on?

iPhone with iOS 17 or later, and iPad with iPadOS 17 or later.

Will I lose my game if I close the app?

No. Your game is saved on your device, so you can close the app and return to where you left off.

How do I set a time limit?

Open Settings in the app, then Parental controls. You can set a daily limit, limits for specific dates, and allowed hours, or turn off playing completely.

I forgot the parent PIN. What can I do?

The PIN can’t be recovered, because the app has no internet connection. Delete and reinstall the app to clear it. This also erases your parental settings, best score, and saved game.

Can changing the device’s clock get around time limits?

Yes. The app has no internet to check the real time, so limits follow the device’s clock. To help prevent this, use Screen Time with a passcode on the device.

How long does “keep playing” last?

A parent’s approval lasts until the app is fully closed. The limits apply again the next time it opens.
